Neal K. Vail, PhD
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Dr. Vail has over 25 years of experience in medical device and pharmaceutical product R&D and commercialization. He has held leadership positions at NEC America, Inc., DaimlerBenz AG, Biomedical Enterprises, Southwest Research Institute, and Kinetic Concepts Inc. (now Solventum). He has assembled cross-functional teams to execute successful product development programs funded through corporate, private and public stakeholders. He has been a business strategy and technology advisor to several medical device start-ups. Dr. Vail has authored several publications and issued patents.

Kien Nguyen, PhD, MBA
CHIEF COMMERCIALIZATION OFFICER
Dr. Nguyen has over 20 years of medical device industry experience in product development, portfolio management, marketing & sales, regulatory & quality assurance, and operations & manufacturing. He has led R&D, global marketing, and medical sales organizations. He has held executive positions with Ethicon, Inc., Kinetic Concepts Inc. (now Solventum), Stryker Orthopeadics, and SomnoMed, Inc., and has been involved in commercializing products in North America, the EU, and APAC. His experience includes BioSurgery, NPWT/Advanced Wound Care, and Orthopeadic Surgery.

Douglas Burton, MD
CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER
Dr. Burton is the Marc and Eleanor Asher Spine Professor at the University of Kansas Health System. He has 25 years of experience performing Adult and Pediatric Spine Surgery. He is a founding member of the International Spine Study Group and has received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Scoliosis Research Society as well as the Kansas Orthopedic Society. He has over 450 peer reviewed publications in the area of patient outcomes after spinal fusion surgery. Dr. Burton previously served as chair of Progenerative’s Medical Advisory Board

Dan Wildman

Dan Wildman is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of experience in the Medical Device Industry. He is currently President & CEO of Wildman Ventures, LLC., a strategic consulting company focused on growth strategies for medical device companies. He is formerly of Johnson & Johnson where one of his many executive-level positions included Worldwide President for Depuy Synthes Spine, the world’s second-largest spine surgery business with revenues of $1.8B. Dan is an accomplished global business leader with a solid reputation in strategic vision, motivational leadership, innovative technologies, ability to execute and his commitment to people development.

James W. Poser, PhD

Dr. Poser brings 35 years of experience in medical device product development and commercialization to the company. He is a serial entrepreneur with three exits by acquisition.
