James W. Poser, PhD

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Dr. Poser has over 35 years of experience in medical device product development and commercialization.  He has held executive positions with Sulzer Orthopedics, Osteotech, Orquest, Stryker Orthopedics, IsoTis Orthobiologics, Kinetic Concepts, SpineSmith and Bone Bank Allografts, and has shepherded several start-up and early-stage companies through product development, approval and successful commercial launch.  Two of the companies Dr. Poser started have been acquired by major orthopedic device companies.

Neal K. Vail, PhD

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Dr. Vail has over 20 years of experience in medical device and pharmaceutical product R&D and commercialization.  He has held leadership positions at NEC America, Inc., DaimlerBenz AG, Biomedical Enterprises, Southwest Research Institute, and Kinetic Concepts.  He has assembled cross-functional teams to execute successful product development programs funded through corporate, private and public stakeholders.  He has been a business strategy and technology advisor to several medical device start-ups.  Dr. Vail has authored several publications and issued patents.

Kien Nguyen, PhD, MBA

CHIEF COMMERCIALIZATION OFFICER

Dr. Nguyen has over 20 years of medical device industry experience in product development, portfolio management, marketing & sales, regulatory & quality assurance, and operations & manufacturing. He has led R&D, global marketing, and medical sales organizations. He has held executive positions with Ethicon, Inc., Kinetic Concepts, Inc., Stryker Orthopeadics, and SomnoMed, Inc., and has been involved in commercializing products in North America, the EU, and APAC. His experience includes BioSurgery, NPWT/Advanced Wound Care, and Orthopeadic Surgery.

Dan Wildman is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of experience in the Medical Device Industry. He is currently President & CEO of Wildman Ventures, LLC., a strategic consulting company focused on growth strategies for medical device companies.  He is formerly of Johnson & Johnson where one of his many executive-level positions included Worldwide President for Depuy Synthes Spine, the world’s second-largest spine surgery business with revenues of $1.8B.  Dan is an accomplished global business leader with a solid reputations in strategic vision, motivational leadership, innovative technologies, ability to execute and his commitment to people development.

Medical Advisory Board Members

Progenerative Medical has assembled a distinguished Medical Advisory Board (MAB) under the leadership of Douglas Burton, MD. The members of the MAB have extensive experience in clinical evaluation of new orthopedic products and technologies. They are well versed in evidence-based outcomes studies, health care economics, and product reimbursement. The MAB will be involved in all aspects of the clinical evaluation of our Regenn® Therapy System, from a limited patient cohort First-in-Human clinical study to a multi-center study to expand System performance claims and establish product benefits.

 Martin “Marty” J. Landon has 30 years of experience in the health care industry. Landon has held senior positions in public and private companies and is recognized for building and leading high-performance teams and value-creating initiatives. In 2016, he joined BioBridge Global as chief executive officer. Landon serves on the board of BioMed SA and as trustee of the San Antonio Medical Foundation. He was previously the Chief Financial Officer from 1994-2012 for KCI.
